Your primary responsibilities will include: * Entering, updating, and verifying data accurately to maintain the integrity of our systems and databases * Investigating and resolving technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure * Providing expert technical support to clients via phone, email, or remote access, ensuring that their queries are addressed promptly and professionally * Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences * Conducting site visits to investigate issues, install or update equipment and software, and provide on-site support as needed * Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions, and providing regular updates to management * Staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements, best practices, and industry trends to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of service **Key Obligations** * Answering client care demands and determining the technical assistance issue (i.e., software or equipment related) and maintaining trust in arenaflex * Speaking with clients by telephone to discuss distinguished issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software breakdown, client mistake, etc.) * Exploring distinguished issues by gathering clarification on some things, investigating web information destinations, and additionally inward site (i.e., project notebook) to identify solutions and work towards resolution * Conducting site visits within the region to investigate issues as well as introduce or update equipment and software on the off chance that help issue can't be somewhat settled * Conducting follow-up with clients to confirm issues were settled totally * Completing service orders to avoid functional delays in settling issues **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field * Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management effectively * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions * Experience with Microsoft Windows (client/server) and other operating systems * Familiarity with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Apparition, Symantec, Distant Work area Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field * Experience with remote desktop applications, virtual private networks (VPNs), and other cloud-based technologies * Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools * Certification in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network infrastructure * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, colleagues, and management effectively * Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions * Experience with remote desktop applications, virtual private networks (VPNs), and other cloud-based technologies * Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools * Certification in IT support, technical assistance, or a related field (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA) **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to investing in our employees' growth and development.
