With a growing presence in Phoenix, Arizona, we're seeking a talented and customer-centric Junior Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities** As a Junior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information to ensure a positive experience for our users. * Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services. * Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues. * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer feedback. * Collaborating with other teams, such as Operations and Product, to resolve complex issues and improve our services. * Identifying and reporting trends and patterns in customer inquiries, providing valuable insights to inform our customer service processes. * Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes, working closely with our Customer Service Manager to implement changes and enhancements. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. * The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Proficiency in using computers and relevant software, including our CRM system and other tools. * Experience with customer service is a plus, but not required.
