We are committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible and creating new experiences that delight and inspire our audiences. **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our Ads Data Solution Research team. As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for designing, building, and enhancing data models to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Analytics, Finance, Business Operations, Commerce Product, and Engineering, to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that address complex business challenges. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and enhance data models to drive business growth and innovation * Collaborate with engineering teams to produce high-quality data models * Drive experimentation to test the impact of data-driven solutions on business outcomes * Develop deep insights into audience, brand, and ad operational data systems and metrics * Visualize complex data units to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders * Partner with business stakeholders to identify and unlock opportunities for growth and innovation * Develop and maintain expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and machine learning * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform data-driven solutions **Essential Qualifications** * Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, Statistics) * 7+ years of experience designing, building, and comparing realistic systems knowledge solutions * 7+ years of experience with statistical programming languages (e.g. Python, Spark, PySpark) and database languages (e.g. SQL) * Strong analytical skills and a high level of data literacy * Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical **Nice-to-Haves** * Doctorate's degree in a quantitative field * Strong knowledge of Python and libraries such as sci-kit-learn, SciPy * Familiarity with Bayesian modeling and probabilistic programming applications such as PyMC * Familiarity with data structures and programs such as Databricks, Jupyter, Snowflake, Airflow, Github * Familiarity with data exploration and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker * Demonstrated experience in designing and reading A/B testing and other test types * Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities * Strong leadership experience, including people and project management **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range: $25-45/Hour * Opportunity to work with a global leader in entertainment, media, and technology * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data scientist looking for a new challenge, please submit your application, including your resume and a cover letter, to [arenaflex Careers Page](https://www.arenaflex.com/careers).
