**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to join our WW Customer Trust Training – LXD team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. You'll work closely with stakeholders to define program requirements, develop engaging e-learning content, and drive process improvements that minimize development time for new training materials.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Learning Experience Designer on our WW Customer Trust Training – LXD team, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Developing Engaging E-Learning Content**: Create interactive and immersive e-learning experiences that drive on-the-job performance improvement using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools.
* **Curriculum Maintenance and Review**: Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles to ensure our learning programs remain relevant and effective.
* **Mentoring and Coaching**: Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
* **Stakeholder Management**: Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem, and collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content.
* **Process Improvement**: Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize development time for new training materials, and drive continuous performance improvement through data-driven insights.
* **Project Management**: Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently, and lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from data-driven insights.
**About the Team**
Our WW Customer Trust Training – LXD team is a dynamic and collaborative group of LXDs, Project/Program Managers, and Managers who are passionate about creating great learning experiences for associates and investigators. We're responsible for creating learning programs that support new hire, upskill, and other trainings, and we're committed to improving Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of program or project management experience
* 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
* 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
* 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
* 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
* 3+ years of change management experience
