**Position Overview**
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. **Responsibilities**
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
* Assisting customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
* Handling 2-3 concurrent live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
* Providing clear and concise responses to customer queries, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
* Collaborating with the team to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as necessary
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-related queries
* Experience with help desk tools like Help Scout, Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk
* Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
* Experience supporting customers using WordPress (nice to have)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
