As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and their customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about their insurance policies. You will also be responsible for processing calls, reviewing and updating customer information, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. **About arenaflex:** arenaflex is a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry. Our innovative CX solutions, technology, and expertise are designed to support operational needs for our clients and deliver a seamless experience to customers in the moments that matter. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies * Assist customers with questions or concerns about their insurance policies, including policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications * Process calls, review and update customer information, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner * Work with customers to resolve issues and provide solutions to their problems * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge **Essential Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience preferred * Must be at least 18 years of age * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Must be able to pass a background check and credit check * Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Must be able to work independently and as part of a team * Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field * Experience working in the insurance industry or a related field * Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with data entry and record-keeping * Bilingual or multilingual skills **Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate: $15-$19/hour * Opportunities for career growth and advancement * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) matching program * Paid time off and holidays * Bonus opportunities * Flexible work schedule and remote work options **Work Environment:** * Remote work environment with flexible scheduling * Quiet and distraction-free workspace required * High-speed internet connection required (5 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload) * Ability to work from home with a dedicated workspace * Ability to use own devices during the first week of training **At-Home Requirements:** * Foundever will provide equipment, including a headset, shipped to the agent's address after they pass their licensing exam * Candidate should guarantee high internet speed and ability to hardwire * Self-accountability and ownership * Self-motivated * Quiet and distraction-free work environment * Cannot be the primary caregiver during training or working hours * Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production **Military Friendly:** arenaflex is a 2023 Military Friendly Employer.
