**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Licensed Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims with precision and professionalism.
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that our clients feel valued and supported.
* Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Working closely with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service.
* Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence.
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage.
**Key Responsibilities:**

* 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance (Independent Agency preferred).
* Active P&C License – you're a licensed insurance professional!
* Stellar communication and customer service skills that make clients feel valued.
* Insane attention to detail – you catch what others miss.
* Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
