**Responsibilities**
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to and asking questions to identify customer needs and preferences
* Advising clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure they find the best solutions for their needs
* Processing new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency
* Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences through personalized support and guidance

**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
* An active Personal Lines resident license, with the ability to sell insurance products
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
