**Key Responsibilities**
* Contact the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients
* Present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them
* Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our client base
* Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and service goals
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide the best possible advice and services to clients
**Qualifications**
* Laptop or computer with camera is required
* Possession of, or willingness to obtain a life license
* Basic computer literacy is essential
* Must reside in North America
* Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory
