**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat
* Assisting customers with booking, changing, or cancelling flights
* Addressing and resolving customer complaints and issues in a courteous and professional manner
* Offering guidance on travel policies, baggage allowances, and other arenaflex services
* Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
* Ensuring a positive customer experience by consistently delivering high-quality service
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Live Chat Agent, you'll need:
