* Utilize our Squarespace platform and other tools to manage customer interactions

**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, customer service) preferred
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
