- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner

- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products, services, and policies to provide informed support
**Essential Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, business, communications) preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
- Availability to work 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm EST
