**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
* Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication with our clients
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights for our clients to improve their sales strategies
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick turnaround time for customer inquiries
* Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Gaming experience (yes, you read that right! We believe that gaming skills can translate to exceptional multitasking abilities)
* Previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service

**Application Requirements**
To apply for this role, you'll need to:
* Own your own computer or laptop with a webcam and microphone
* Be able to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom (Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT)
* Be able to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
* Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
