**Responsibilities**
As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
* Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
* Building relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs
* Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
* Promoting interest in client products and services
* Consistently achieving established standards of the position
* Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
* Providing administrative support to the customer service team
* May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed
**Key Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
* PC keyboarding and internet experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal
* An upbeat, positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role
* Ability to compose professional emails (a plus)
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
* Basic technical skills (able to navigate through smartphone and computer applications)
* An upbeat, positive, kind, and empathetic personality

**Compensation and Availability**
This is a remote position, and you'll be working from home. The available shifts are all days except Sundays and Saturdays, and the compensation is $25.00 - $35.00/hour.
