**Position Overview:**
arenaflex is seeking a part-time (24 hours/week) Online Specialist to provide remote Live Chat and email support to our clients. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and providing expert product knowledge and recommendations.
**Position Responsibilities:**
* Answer client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant product information and recommendations
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients through Live Chat and email messaging
* Respond in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
* Resolve complaints by offering solutions or escalating to management
* Document client interactions and follow up as appropriate
* Stay up-to-date on product information, new releases, beauty industry trends, and customer service best practices
* Attend regional trainings twice a year to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* Experience in a customer service role, with a preference for the luxury beauty industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and navigating different software programs
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Professional demeanor
* Passion for beauty and conservation
* Ability to work evenings (until 7pm EST), weekends, and some holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury beauty industry
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
