Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Partner Item Director to join our Automation Development group, focusing on the development and implementation of cutting-edge visit automation capabilities. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, data scientists, engineers, and business partners, to shape our conversational AI client servicing products. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product discovery efforts, defining product requirements that provide opportunities to enhance the customer experience
- Leverage customer data, conversational analytics, industry insights, and technical expertise to analyze the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term improvements with long-term investments
- Work closely with the core product team to define customer stories, guide product definition, and build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identifying and addressing any requirements for additional research to inform future feature design
- Lead customer testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven product suggestions
- Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product, providing clear, data-informed product recommendations
- Maintain and refine the product portfolio, mapping customer stories to the needs of the end-user while prioritizing business value
- Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, roadmap, release plan, and overall customer experience
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in product management, with a focus on digital product development and automation
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and conversational analytics
