This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients as they navigate their real estate needs. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual who can handle inquiries efficiently and professionally. **Responsibilities** * Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via live chat, ensuring that our clients receive timely and accurate information about our real estate services and processes. * Assist clients with questions related to real estate services and processes, including property listings, market trends, and transaction procedures. * Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and ensure client satisfaction, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze client data. * Identify opportunities to improve client experience and provide feedback to the team, helping us to continuously improve our services and processes. * Stay updated on company services, policies, and real estate industry trends, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Respond to client inquiries within 2 minutes or less * Achieve a client satisfaction rating of 90% or higher * Resolve complex issues and escalate to team members as needed * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client experience **Qualifications** * 0-5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service and support. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner. * Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple client interactions simultaneously. * Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, able to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. * Proficiency in using live chat software and other relevant technology, including CRM systems and customer service platforms. * A positive attitude and a passion for helping others, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued.
