**Job Summary**
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers via live chat on their websites and social media accounts. You'll be the face of our clients' businesses, and your goal will be to resolve customer queries, address concerns, and provide a positive experience for every interaction. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide live chat support to customers via websites and social media accounts
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Work independently to manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
* Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy
* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills
* Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
* Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred
* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously
* Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm) and basic computer knowledge
* Reliable internet connection and a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
* Availability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
