**Job Summary**
As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support through our online chat platform, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Assist customers with logins, FAQs, and coupon assistance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating concerns to senior support agents when necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work flexible hours, including 4-hour shifts, 5 days a week
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
* Proficiency in using online chat platforms and software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. business, communications) preferred
