Our platform offers a range of tools and resources to help creators succeed, including a best-in-class Support team that's committed to providing expert assistance to both creators and their subscribers. **Responsibilities** As a User Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional support to our users. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Providing friendly, expert support to arenaflex creators and their subscribers via email and live chat * Providing live chat coverage for up to (but no more than) 50% of your time (or 4 hours per shift) * Attending daily team meetings and contributing to team operations (up to 20% of your time) * Remaining time will be spent providing support via email * Collaborating closely with the Support team and other colleagues across the company to solve user concerns effectively and efficiently * Demonstrating urgency and discernment when escalating user issues and feedback to Engineering, Product, and other teams * Being a frequent user of the arenaflex app and staying informed about product and company updates **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualities: * A passion for helping people and finding solutions to their problems * Excellent communication skills, both in speech and writing * Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment * 2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels * Ability to provide solutions for a wide variety of technical support challenges * Alignment with arenaflex's mission to build a new economic engine for culture and experience as an arenaflex subscriber (experience as a creator is a plus!) * Zendesk and Stripe experience is a plus * Direct experience with coding languages (JavaScript and HTML) and third-party APIs (Stripe) is a plus **What We Offer** arenaflex is committed to providing a competitive compensation package that includes: * A market-competitive salary, with a cash compensation salary range of $70,000 - $85,000 * Equity for all full-time roles * Exceptional benefits, including a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * A flexible remote work schedule, with the option to work from anywhere in the United States * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs * A dynamic and supportive work environment that's passionate about enabling independent expression and building a better business model for creators **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're not just building a platform – we're building a community.
