**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II (Tactical Uniform), you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, employees, and assets. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preventing and investigating shoplifting and other forms of loss, and maintaining a high level of visibility and presence in the store. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Conduct regular patrols of the store, identifying and preventing shoplifting and other forms of loss
* Investigate and document incidents of shoplifting and other forms of loss, working closely with law enforcement and other stakeholders as needed
* Maintain a high level of visibility and presence in the store, interacting with customers and employees to promote a positive and secure shopping environment
* Collaborate with other loss prevention team members to share best practices and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in loss prevention and customer service
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, criminology, security) preferred
* 2+ years of experience in loss prevention, customer service, or a related field
* Proven track record of preventing and investigating shoplifting and other forms of loss
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and employees in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of visibility and presence in the store
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (for some locations)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
* Knowledge of loss prevention principles and practices, including shoplifting prevention and investigation techniques
* Familiarity with security systems and technologies, including CCTV and access control systems
* Certification in loss prevention or a related field (e.g., CPP, CFI) a plus
* Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
