As a Luxury Beauty Chat Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing personalized recommendations to customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries, and promoting our luxury beauty products and services. If you're passionate about luxury beauty, have excellent written communication skills, and are confident in your ability to provide exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** As a Luxury Beauty Chat Consultant, you'll be responsible for: * Providing world-class personalized recommendations to customers via chat by utilizing your beauty expertise and brand and product knowledge to offer advice through conducting online one-to-one consultations * Communicating simultaneously with multiple customers, via chat, in a friendly, personalized, and informative manner to recommend products based on needs and preferences * Identifying and understanding customers' individual needs and personal preferences to assist in selecting tailored skincare and makeup regimens * Addressing customer inquiries and product-related questions promptly, professionally, and accurately * Developing thoughtful regimen curations and providing expert advice to inspire customers to discover Luxury Beauty selection and services * Participating in ongoing training and education programs to stay in the know on the brand and product to provide informed recommendations to customers * Presenting products and services to customers by exhibiting knowledge that helps gain and retain customer trust and confidence * Achieving and exceeding sales goals and performance metrics as determined by conversion rates to drive business growth * Actively promoting the Luxury Beauty brand and keeping a strong positive professional image during all customer interactions * Demonstrating entrepreneurship and ownership by providing feedback and suggestions to improve broader service offering and luxury shopping experience * Continuously seeking opportunities to grow and elevate the chat consultation experience to improve customer satisfaction * Being creative yet intentional to find ways to go above and beyond for your customers **Basic Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of relevant beauty experience, which can include retail sales counter or chat selling * Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate in writing and speech to a global customer and brand base * A strong luxury beauty knowledge base, including an array of brands, products, and skincare and makeup knowledge * Demonstrated passion for thoughtful, creative, and elevated customer service and selling skills, flexible to adapt quickly to changing customer and business needs * Confidence and the ability to make decisions under pressure * Ability to interpret and analyze both personal and team goals * Computer savvy with knowledge of MS Office Suite; familiarity with multiple web browsers, windows navigation, instant messenger tools (e.g., chat), and social media * Flexibility with schedule, including weekends/evenings and occasional holidays, to service customers **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a remote customer service environment * Knowledge of luxury beauty trends and products * Familiarity with arenaflex's luxury beauty brand and products * Experience with sales and customer service metrics and analytics * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote Luxury Beauty Chat Consultant, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office.
