As a key member of our analytics team, you'll be responsible for supporting our paid media examination capability to surface actionable insights for our Chief Initiative group. You'll work closely with marketing teams to identify ways to optimize the efficiency of our paid media spend and develop revealing and examinations to inform and drive business decisions. Your expertise will be critical in developing KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Support the development of paid media examination capabilities to surface actionable insights for the Chief Initiative group
* Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities to optimize paid media spend and develop strategies to drive efficiency
* Develop revealing and examinations to inform business decisions and drive results
* Create and communicate custom detailing and examinations to illuminate paid media strategy
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions
* Develop and maintain KPIs and scorecards to track progress and drive results
* Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
* Develop and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
**Essential Qualifications**
