**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coach and professionally develop Field Government Account Managers and designated portfolio management to achieve sales growth and strategic objectives
* Establish and maintain formal partnerships with State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts to broaden awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services
* Identify, hire, onboard, and train a sales organization of trusted Advisors in the managed travel industry to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales, establish partnerships, and expand awareness of arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including State, Local, and Higher Education officials, to promote arenaflex's corporate travel programs and services
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and establishing strategic partnerships
* Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform business decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and data analysis tools
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in the managed travel industry, with a strong understanding of State, Local, and Higher Education managed travel accounts
