Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries with care, providing excellent service through active listening, and resolving issues proactively. You'll be expected to communicate effectively with customers, de-escalate issues when necessary, and track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. **About the Role** As a Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you'll be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values to our customers.
