**Job Summary**
We're seeking an Experienced Mechanical Customer Service Expert to join our team in the Bristol, TN area. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing excellent service through active listening, and resolving issues proactively. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds. **Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Mechanical Customer Service Expert, you will be responsible for:
* Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries
* Providing excellent customer service through active listening
* Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively
* Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
* Appropriately communicating with customers
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
* 6 months of customer service experience preferred
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
**Nice-to-Haves**

* Experience working in a customer service environment
* Knowledge of mechanical systems and processes
