**Experienced Member Services Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

Our remote work environment offers flexibility and work-life balance, allowing you to achieve your personal and professional goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Complete data access and balancing tasks to ensure accurate financial records * Coordinate return items with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assist other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Work member cases/assignments and follow established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws * Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other checks, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff checks * Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Log, review, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching * Complete daily balancing and department closing * Obtain information from members for timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Research and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicate with vendors to process wire transfers * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer laws * Deposit check returns, review member draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **Essential Qualifications:** * High school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and workflows **Preferred Qualifications:** * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment * Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes **Skills and Competencies:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** * Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and rapidly changing industry * Access to training and development programs to enhance skills and expertise * Collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages learning and innovation * Opportunities to work with cutting-edge technology and innovative processes * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Work Environment and Company Culture:** * Remote work environment with flexibility and work-life balance * Collaborative and supportive team culture that encourages learning and innovation * Opportunities to work with a diverse and inclusive team * Access to employee benefits and perks, including travel discounts, health benefits, and wellness programs * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:** * Competitive hourly rate ($22-35/hour) * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Access to employee benefits and perks, including travel discounts, health benefits, and wellness programs * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions to the team **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
