**Experienced Member Services Representative – Payments and Digital Strategy Team**

With a dynamic and inclusive work environment, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills, advance your career, and make a real impact on the lives of arenaflex customers. **Why You'll Love This Role** * Work on a variety of tasks related to check processing, object processing, direct bills, and budget transfers at arenaflex Credit Union * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve member inquiries, fraud cases, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Log, review, and make necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Process Stop Pays and Check Batching * Complete daily balancing and department closing * Obtain information from members for the timely and accurate processing of international and domestic wire transfer requests * Research and verify incoming and outgoing wire transfer information * Communicate with vendors to process wire transfers * Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming wire transfer regulations * Deposit check returns, review member check returns on draft changes, process member checks, verify members for outgoing wire transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing wire transfers * Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **What You'll Need for Success** * High school degree or equivalent * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Previous customer/member service experience * Previous banking or Credit Union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Ability to work prolonged hours in support of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance **What You'll Get** * Travel Perks: Explore the world with your family and friends on over 6,800 daily flights across our global network * Health Benefits: Enjoy access to health, dental, prescription, and vision benefits on day one, plus digital health visits, flexible spending accounts, and more * Wellness Programs: Take care of yourself with our well-being programs, offering the right tools, resources, and support you need * 401(k) Program: Available upon hire, with company contributions to your 401(k) plan after one year * Additional Benefits: Enjoy employee assistance programs, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, cars, cruises, and more **Join the arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion.
