Some of the perks include: * Competitive hourly rate of $22-35/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Wellness programs and resources to support your physical and mental well-being * 401(k) program with company contributions * Employee Assistance Program and other benefits to support your overall well-being **Responsibilities** As a Member Services Representative, you will be responsible for: * Completing daily tasks related to check processing, object processing, direct deposits, and budget transfers * Coordinating with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations * Assisting other departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases and sports assigned * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, reviewing, and making necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from members for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget transfer requests * Researching and verifying incoming and outgoing budget transfer information * Communicating with vendors to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget transfer laws * Depositing check returns, reviewing member back exams on draft changes, processing member exams, verifying members for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * High school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience * Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience * Previous banking or credit union experience * Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and review data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and members * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in a similar role or industry * Familiarity with NACHA regulations and federal banking laws * Experience with Episys/Symitar and processing wires * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to team goals * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **What We Offer** As a Member Services Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
