Our commitment to customer service and accessibility has earned us a reputation as a trusted healthcare and retail partner in our communities. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Membership Support Specialist to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll provide administrative support, respond to member inquiries, and develop strategies to recruit new members. If you have a passion for customer service, a solutions-based attitude, and experience working in membership or association settings, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Membership Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing general administrative support, including responding to member inquiries, troubleshooting, and managing member communications * Processing membership applications, renewals, and cancellations * Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data about our members using Salesforce CRM * Assisting with member communication activities, including calls, emails, and Zoom calls * Collecting data, tracking membership statistics, reporting on key metrics, and preparing reports * Developing and implementing strategies to recruit new members * Coordinating with the finance department to track membership revenue and update reports * Preparing membership marketing materials * Coordinating current member service programs, including relationship building, onboarding, and engagement * Actively participating in crafting membership development strategy, including networking * Event Support: Assisting programming staff at onsite and virtual membership-related events, including supporting marketing and membership materials and fielding member inquiries **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's Degree with at least two years of related work experience in membership, preferably in association and/or nonprofit settings * Excellent customer service skills and a solutions-based attitude * Experience working cross-functionally in teams * Outstanding verbal and written communication skills * Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and membership/databases highly desired * Experience with Cvent, Canva, Sprout Social, and Salesforce preferred * Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively and professionally **What We Offer** As a Membership Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll enjoy: * A competitive salary range of R$35 – R$45 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A dynamic and supportive work environment * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * The chance to work with a leading retail pharmacy chain and make a meaningful impact in our communities **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
