**Your Typical Day**
As a Military Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Here's what a typical day might look like:
* **Answering Calls**: You'll answer 40-50 inbound and outbound calls per day, using our dialer system to connect with customers.
* **Assisting Customers**: You'll assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information.
* **Discussing Customer Benefits**: You'll discuss our customer benefits, including Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR.
* **Handling Urgent Cases**: You'll assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience to apply for this role.
* **Call Center Experience**: Call center experience is a plus, but not required.
**Additional Details**
Here are some additional details to keep in mind:
* **Hourly Rate**: You'll earn an hourly rate of $15.00.
* **Eligible for Bonus and Incentives**: You'll be eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards.
* **Residency Requirements**: You must reside within 60 miles of our office location.
* **Comprehensive Training**: You'll receive comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training, with equipment provided.
* **Attendance Requirements**: Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training.
* **Hours of Operation**: Our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 7am-8pm, Friday 7am-7pm, and Saturday 8am-12pm.
