As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, report assembly, and reconciliation. You'll also be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with various departments and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. **Key Responsibilities** As an Office Clerk/Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks: * **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter daily work orders into our systems, ensuring timely and accurate processing. * **Report Assembly**: Assemble and compile reports as required, utilizing industry software and Microsoft Office applications. * **Reconciliation**: Reconcile reports and ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving any discrepancies. * **Clerical Duties**: Perform various clerical tasks, including filing, copying, faxing, and other administrative duties as assigned. * **Communication**: Maintain excellent communication with various departments, ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination. * **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of our team. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: * **Organizational Skills**: Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. * **Attention to Detail**: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision. * **Data Entry Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in data entry, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm. * **Office Clerk Experience**: At least 1 year of experience in an office clerk role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various departments and stakeholders. * **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with industry software and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: * **Microsoft Excel Experience**: At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of its features and functions. * **Recycling Experience**: Experience in recycling or a related field, with a strong understanding of sustainable practices and environmental responsibility. **Physical Demands** As a remote employee, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home or designated workspace.
