**Job Summary**
As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients via live chat. You'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers on a daily basis and providing quick and accurate assistance to their queries. This is a remote position, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from home and enjoy a better work-life balance.
**Responsibilities**
As an Online Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Support**: Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
* **Evaluating Customer Interactions**: Evaluating customer interactions and elevating issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate.
* **Building Relationships**: Creating relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs.
* **Responding to Customer Queries**: Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately.
* **Promoting Client Products and Services**: Promoting interest in client products and services.
* **Maintaining a Positive Image**: Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image.
* **Providing Administrative Support**: Providing administrative support to the customer service team.
* **Assisting with Overflow Work**: May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed.
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Strong Work Ethic**: A strong work ethic with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment.
* **PC Keyboarding and Internet Experience**: PC keyboarding and internet experience needed.

* **Articulate and Client-Facing**: Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role.
