**Key Responsibilities**
* Handle all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner
* Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, taking into account their needs and preferences
* Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers, working with them to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
* Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
* Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
* Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
* Collaborate with sales and management staff to ensure customer satisfaction during the dealership experience
**Skills and Requirements**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
* Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with flexible hours ranging from 8:30am to 7pm (or any variation during open business hours)
* Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, with regular attendance being an essential job function
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
* Self-motivation and goal-oriented, with the ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
* Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting sales targets
* Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its products
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience working in a dealership or automotive-related environment
