Your primary responsibilities will include: * Handling all incoming internet, email, social media, text, chat, and phone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner * Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, and well-spoken manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded * Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs, taking into account their preferences, budget, and lifestyle * Conceptualizing and understanding the psychology of internet customers to effectively set appointments for vehicle demonstrations * Directing customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet * Checking email frequently and responding to inquiries immediately * Delivering inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly * Collaborating with Sales and Management staff to ensure customer satisfaction during the dealership experience **Skills and Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with flexible hours ranging from 8:30am to 7pm (or any variation during open business hours) * Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines, with regular attendance being an essential job function * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Strong time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills * Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with a focus on hitting sales quotas and closing percentages * Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
