Our team is comprised of talented individuals from diverse backgrounds, united by a shared passion for delivering exceptional results. **Job Summary** As an Order Processing Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our spare parts sales order management, working closely with internal and external customers to process orders, and managing orders through delivery to customers. You will also engage in reverse logistics management, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our customers, sales, and service representatives. **Key Responsibilities** * **Customer Interaction**: Interact with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions related to domestic and/or international order processing. * **Order Processing**: Process orders for materials for both domestic and/or international requests in accordance with arenaflex policy and practice. * **Order Coordination**: Coordinate and perform activities such as order entry, order acknowledgement, order revision, and preparation of shipping documents. * **Returns Management**: Receive customer requests and prepare documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns (RMA), servicing, and exchanges. * **Database Updates**: Update databases with the status of returned materials issues and accounts for returns inventory. * **Reporting and Record-Keeping**: Record and report the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules. * **Document Management**: Ensure service information is accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.
