**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Outbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Learning our proprietary system for delivering scripted dialogue to schedule attorneys for hearings
* Developing a deep understanding of our business operations and being able to make calls frequently to meet or exceed specific set goals and metrics
* Portraying our high standards of customer support and providing exceptional service to our clients
* Participating in daily stand-up meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
* Collaborating with colleagues to drive business growth and achieve shared objectives

**Schedule and Compensation:**
This is a full-time remote opportunity, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm MDT. The starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement based on performance.
