You will work closely with our team to address customer concerns, respond to calls for assistance, and maintain accurate records. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to calls for assistance onsite or via remote access, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Monitor SkiData for warnings and initiate corrective actions to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities * Monitor Paystation Banknote containers and cash out as needed, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies * Prepare daily and weekly reports as directed, providing detailed information on facility operations and customer interactions * Maintain activity logs, documenting all interactions and issues resolved * Enter comments for actions taken in Dynacount event log, ensuring accurate records and compliance with company policies * Repair equipment as needed or contact vendor as needed, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal facility performance * Notify Facility Manager of any situations that cannot be resolved by the Attendant, CC server problems, unable to connect to a facility, etc. * Other duties as assigned, including participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge **Minimum Requirements** * Experience with SkiData equipment, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting * Knowledge of Dynacount Systems, including software and hardware components * Good mechanical aptitude, with the ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs * Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record * Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word * Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner * Self-motivated individual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner **Physical Demands** * Sit for extended periods of time, with the ability to stand and move around as needed * Use hands to write reports and perform needed maintenance, with the ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds * Hear the "average" customer in an average parking exit lane environment, with the ability to speak and be heard by the "average" customer in the "average" exit lane environment * Climb stairs or run short distances, with the ability to bend, twist, and walk as needed **Reporting and Documentation** * Any situation which is a life-threatening emergency should be reported immediately to 911, with the ability to contact our security control center for assistance * If unable to reach your supervisor, try to reach their manager or follow the posted call list * Report any equipment failures that you addressed and solved or that were reported and addressed by vendor * Report any observed or suspected violations of company policy * Report any un-safe work practice or un-safe situation that you observe * Report any crime, vandalism, or damage you observe * Ability to relay in writing any observed operational difficulties or situations and be able to provide suggestions for solutions * Accountable for accurate performance of all assigned duties and ability to respond appropriately to changing situations **Benefits and Perks** * Competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for the Experienced Overnight Customer Care Center Agent position at arenaflex in Minneapolis, MN.
