**Job Description**
As an Overnight Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of our Contact Center team, working closely with our Leadership Team to provide exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Helping customers resolve their queries, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Providing expert advice and guidance on our banking products and services to help customers achieve their financial goals
* Implementing our core values in every interaction, putting the customer first and striving to provide solutions for immediate and long-term needs
* Working collaboratively with your team to achieve sales and service targets
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Requirements**
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to pass any assessment associated with the position
* Onboarding includes three weeks' instructor-led and two weeks on-the-job training
* Ability to accurately observe stable and scrolling on-screen text and images
* Ability to accurately detect verbal information and communicate verbally using a headset or speaker and microphone
* Ability to operate a keyboard and mouse to type and make on-screen selections
* Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time
**Preferred Qualifications**
* One (1) year customer service or production experience

* Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines
* Ability to recommend different products and services to customers
* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to solve problems
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including all hours of the contact center
* Basic computer skills with the ability to navigate various systems

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* General knowledge of basic banking, electronic banking, and/or credit card services
