As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service experiences to our customers through phone, email, and other communication channels. Your primary goal will be to achieve excellent customer service, drive sustainable business growth, and contribute to the success of our organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a timely and professional manner * Place orders for parts and consumables, create price quotes for services, and assign field technicians to sites * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze customer data * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in customer service, call center, or related field * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office * Availability to work 11pm - 7am EST, Monday through Friday **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a remote or work-from-home environment * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer service metrics * Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP) * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office * Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities, and deadlines * Strong attention to detail, with ability to accurately and efficiently process customer requests and orders **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
