**Job Summary**
As an Overnight Customer Support Lead, you'll be responsible for leading our service team, including cashiering, recovery-related functions, and customer service. You'll provide clear direction and leadership to associates, actively participate in customer-facing and service aspects of the store, and work collaboratively with store leadership to accomplish customer service and front-end operational goals. This is a remote position, requiring a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead, supervise, and provide work direction to the Service Team in the store related to all cashiering, front-end, and recovery functions.
* Provide feedback to store leadership regarding the team's performance.
* Responsible for activities related to the achievement of customer service standards, front-end operations, and program compliance, training, and day-to-day operational tasks, including recovery.
* Provide leadership and direction to floor associates and ensure that store, merchandising, and customer service standards are continuously met, including merchandise presentation, signage, recovery, and cleanliness.
* Drive the customer experience and ensure resolution of customer issues.
* Responsible for the maintenance, supervision, and compliance of the Hazardous Waste program.
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required.
* Minimum two years retail management experience preferred.
* Ability to unload freight, move product on and off store shelves, walk, stand, bend, stoop, or kneel for long periods of time, and move freely throughout the store on a continual basis required.
* Availability to work a variable schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays required.
* Basic English literacy, math, and PC skills required.

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or customer service.
