**The Role**
As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reassuring voice that greets our customers when they call at night. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting clients, and dispatching available technicians to meet their needs. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to smooth business operations.

**Requirements**
* 1+ years of dispatching experience with an HVAC company or similar organization
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Computer proficiency and ability to type 30+ words per minute
* Familiarity with MS Word and Excel
* High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
* Customer service experience (preferred)
* Fluency in both English and Spanish (preferred)

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data entry and record-keeping
