Our team is dedicated to providing seamless service in our clients' times of need, and we're committed to building long-lasting relationships with our customers. **The Role** As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the reassuring voice that greets our customers when they call at night. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting clients, and dispatching available technicians to meet their needs.
