**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs

* Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for packaging innovation and improvement

* Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate packaging contracts and ensure compliance with arenaflex's packaging standards

**Requirements**
* Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
* 4+ years of experience in packaging, supply chain management, or a related field
* Proven experience in developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs
* Strong knowledge of packaging regulations, standards, and best practices
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with packaging design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
* Experience with packaging testing and validation protocols
