This is an extraordinary opportunity to join ourteam as a Part-Time Aviation Customer Service Agent I, specifically assigned to our prestigious Concierge Team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering elevated customer service tointernational travelers arriving through our facilities, ensuring seamless customs clearance processes and providing premium meet-and-assist services that set the standard for airport hospitality.

Position Details

Position Type: Part-Time, Hourly (On-Call)

Average Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week

Maximum Hours: Up to 39 hours per week based on operational need

Pay Range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour (commensurate with education and experience)

Work Location: careerzynith - In-Person Reporting Required

Shift Availability: Varying shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM, including weekends and holidays

Benefits: This position is eligible to enroll in careerzynith's 457b retirement plan. Additional benefits may be limited for part-time roles.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Experience: Minimum three (3) years of customer service experience in one or more of the following industries:

Language Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required. Bilingual proficiency in German, Spanish, French, or Japanese is a significant plus and may be considered for priority placement.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word. Comfortable learning and adapting to new technology systems and devices.

Licensure: Valid driver's license required

Background Check: Successful completion of FBI criminal background check is required for all positions at careerzynith. Employees must disclose any felony convictions and/or moving violations to maintain clearance eligibility.

Physical Requirements: This role involves prolonged standing, walking, and physical mobility throughout the airport terminal. Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, including lifting light to moderate loads and navigating stairs and escalators.
