**Responsibilities**
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to help resolve customer issues and concerns
* Providing detailed information about products and services via online chat, including appointment scheduling and lead generation
* Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry developments and trends
* Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring that our dealer clients have the information they need to follow up with customers
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to help our dealer clients improve their online presence
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective solutions to customer issues and concerns, ensuring that our dealer clients receive the support they need to succeed
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
* The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
* A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* The ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to think critically and solve problems under pressure
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to:
* Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Show the ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Possess gaming experience (although not required, it's a plus!)
