We're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth, and we're excited to welcome like-minded individuals to our team. **Job Summary** As an Inbound Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and helping our clients generate revenue. You'll work in a relaxed, yet professional and fun environment, surrounded by a talented team of experts who share your passion for innovation and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** * Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet or exceed customer expectations * Provide detailed information about our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing * Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring seamless communication between customers and our clients * Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, helping our clients build strong relationships with their customers * Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback to help our clients improve their business * Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest features and benefits * Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the customer experience **Requirements** * Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary * Basic internet and window-based computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Strong ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment * Positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment * Must be able to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with a minimum of 20 hours per week * Able to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred **Nice-to-Haves** * Previous experience in the automotive industry or a related field * Familiarity with our products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of our offerings * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Experience with CRM software and other customer relationship management tools * Certification in customer service or a related field **Benefits** * Onsite dining and medical center, providing convenient access to healthy food and medical care * Fitness center and sports leagues, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle * Volunteering initiatives through our Associate Foundation, giving back to the community and making a positive impact * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs * Competitive compensation and benefits package, including paid time off and holidays **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
