With a focus on flexibility, growth, and community, we offer a unique work environment that fosters collaboration, creativity, and well-being. **Key Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Care Agent, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional support to prospective and current students, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through program enrollment and completion * Acting as the first point of contact for students, building rapport and establishing trust through outstanding customer care * Monitoring student progress and engagement, identifying areas for improvement and escalating complex concerns as needed * Assisting students with platform navigation and technical troubleshooting, ensuring seamless access to our educational offerings * Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and progress, utilizing CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support) * Collaborating with the team to plan and execute virtual student events and engagement initiatives, promoting a sense of community and connection among our students **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 3-7+ years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-related field * Strong communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide outstanding customer care * Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and customer support tools (Zendesk, live chat, email support) * Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment * A passion for health, wellness, and education (a plus, but not required) **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Bilingual in Spanish * Experience working with diverse student populations and communities * Familiarity with educational technology platforms and tools * A background in education, wellness, or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in CRM systems and customer support tools * A customer-centric approach to service delivery **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting your growth and development.
