**The Opportunity**
As a Part Time Customer Care Representative, you'll work remotely (20-30 hours/week, 4-6 hours/day, Monday through Friday) assisting customers via live chat, email, phone, and video calls. You'll be encouraged to grow and contribute to the company's growth and development, offering more value to our customers and helping us create a better product. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support via live chat, email, phone, and video calls
* Assist customers with billing questions, semi-technical questions, setup questions, and more

* Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
* Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals and objectives
* Continuously learn and improve our processes and procedures
**Ideal Candidate**

* Prior experience in customer service (a plus, but not required)
