Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service and Level 1 IT Support Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring that every interaction is positive, informative, and resolves the customer's issue. * Addressing and resolving customer account and billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * Assisting customers with Level 1 IT support, including troubleshooting internet connectivity and account access. * Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records to ensure seamless escalation and resolution of complex issues. * Escalating complex issues to higher-level support when necessary, ensuring that customers receive the support they need. **Schedule** Our part-time schedule is designed to fit around your life, with flexible hours that accommodate your needs. You'll work: * Weekdays: 5 PM – 10 PM (Monday to Friday) * Weekends: 10 AM – 8 PM (Saturday and/or Sunday) **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions that meet their needs. * Basic technical knowledge, including familiarity with internet and network troubleshooting. * The ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * A reliable high-speed internet connection and a working computer at home. * A quiet, dedicated home workspace free of distractions.
