**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Provide accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
* Resolve customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
* Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
* Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of customer service experience preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
* Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus, but not required
